Fluidra, a global leader in equipment and connected solutions in the pool and wellness sector, appointed Jaime Ramirez as the company’s new chief executive officer, effective June 1.
Ramirez brings over 30 years of P&L responsibility and leadership expertise to the role. His background includes serving as EVP and president of Stanley Black & Decker Inc.’s Global Tools & Storage Business, where he ran a business with more than $10 billion in revenue and led high-performing teams globally. He currently serves as a board director for Kimberly-Clark, a multinational personal care corporation.
Fluidra’s current CEO, Bruce Brooks, will work with Ramirez to ensure a smooth transition and step down as CEO on Aug. 31, becoming a nonexecutive director.
